Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Partner

• We use multiple shipping partners as our authorized logistic partner for all deliveries.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, total weight, and order value.
• Free shipping may be available for select promotions; please refer to the current offers announced on our store at the time of ordering.
• All shipping fees will be displayed before the order is finalized.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-metro locations: 4–8 business days from dispatch.
• Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, customers will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and tracking link.
• The order status and live tracking can be checked anytime through the provided tracking details.

Delivery Issues

• If an order is delayed, lost, or delivered in a damaged condition, please contact support@getyourmeds.in within 48 hours of the intended delivery date with your order number and issue details.
• All claims will be investigated in coordination with with delivery partner for timely resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.
• Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or government-restricted zones.
• Certain products may have area-specific delivery restrictions based on government and logistic guidelines.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, regulatory compliance, or logistics disruptions.
• Customers are advised to provide correct, complete delivery addresses and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
