No Returns and No Replacements
At getyourmeds.in, all sales are final. The store does not accept returns, replacements or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and delivered.
Exceptions

Returns or replacements will only be considered in case of products received in a damaged condition or with supplier-side defects.

To be eligible for this exception, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@getyourmeds.in with a clear description and photographic evidence.

Claims received after 24 hours of delivery or lacking supporting evidence will not be eligible for exception processing.
